Yoga & Movement

Move through pregnancy & postpartum

Mindful movement keeps you strong, grounded, and supports a more easeful birth experience.

A woman is holding a small child in front of a bright window. The woman has one leg raised, foot resting on her knee, and is smiling while hugging the child. The woman has a tattooed arm and is dressed in a black top and gray jeans. The child is dressed in a red outfit and is hugging the woman.

About

I’m Alex

I'm a firm believer that movement is medicine—whether you are preparing for labor, picking up your toddler, or just getting through your day. For me, doula work and prenatal yoga aren’t separate—they’re inseparable. The strength, mobility, breath, and awareness we build on the mat translate directly into the birth space and beyond.

My goal? To create a space where you feel held—physically, emotionally, and in community. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to remind you of your strength, help you tap into your intuition, and show you that your body is more than capable. This isn’t just about pregnancy and birth—it’s about knowing your power on the lifelong journey of motherhood.
