However, if you’re further along, it’s never too late to start—prenatal yoga can still provide significant benefits for your comfort and birth preparation!

  • Just bring yourself and a water bottle! I provide all the yoga props you'll need (mats, blocks, straps, etc.), but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
