  • Please note that I do not provide insurance receipts, as most of my training and certifications were obtained outside of Quebec and are not recognized by local insurance providers. However, the trainings I’ve completed are highly regarded and well-recognized internationally, bringing valuable expertise to the support I offer throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey.

  • A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth but does not perform medical tasks. A midwife is a trained healthcare professional who provides medical care, including prenatal checkups, delivering babies, and postpartum care.

  • I support all types of births in any setting! With broad experience, I’m comfortable navigating hospital protocols while also embracing hands-off approaches in birth centers and home births.

  • It's never too early or too late to hire a doula! Some families connect with a doula early in pregnancy for ongoing support, while others hire one later, even in the final weeks. The best time is whenever you feel ready for extra guidance—but the earlier, the better! I only take up to 2 clients per month and tend to book in advance

  • Yes! I’ll equip you with the tools and guidance to confidently advocate for yourself, ensuring you feel empowered to make informed decisions during birth. While I don’t speak for you, I make sure your voice is heard and your choices are respected.

  • I do! Let’s discuss!

  • Absolutely! Babies have a knack for making grand entrances at all hours, and I’m always on call when it’s your time. Whether it’s 3 AM or midday, I’ll be there—coffee in hand and ready to support you!

  • I usually stay for 1 to 2 hours after the baby is born, just to make sure everyone is settling in and feeling supported. That said, I’ve definitely stayed much longer when needed. I never leave if things feel unsettled or if the parents don’t yet feel ready to be on their own. My priority is always to ensure you're comfortable, confident, and cared for.
